Forged Fit Camp is a non-traditional way to get in shape and feel amazing! Through strength training using client’s body weight, odd object lifting, kettlebells, core, and cardio training – you can get a LEAN, MEAN, SEXY, and STRONG body.
Forged Fit Camp or Boot Camp style workouts are for people who are committed to making a change in their life with the support of a strong family oriented community, no matter what walk of life they are coming from.
We focus in on these 5 Principles
1) Strength - Basic levels of strength are necessary for all people no matter what you do. From doing day to day tasks to being a competitive athlete, you need to have a basic level of strength.
We help all our members get stronger physically throughout the whole body. We do this by focusing on highly effective resistance training that works the body as a whole unit.
All our Clients build solids levels of upper body, lower body, and solid core strength. Through building up physical strength, MENTAL strength is also gained.
Strength is a NECESSITY!
2) Injury Prevention – This goes along with the strength principle in that your body needs to be strong and unbreakable. A weak, frail person will get injured easily. We want you to be totally prepared for the rigors of day to day life.
The training system we have will help balance out your body correctly so you will avoid any sort of overuse injuries that may be caused through doing the same workouts over and over.
On top of all that, we make sure your technique and form on ALL exercises and movements are correct so you avoid possible injury through exercise as well.
3) Unconventional - Our training system and the way we do things at Forged Fit Camp is very unconventional and unique. We do this not only because our unique methods work but to also stay away from the norm.
Why be normal when you can be GREAT?? Too many people stick to “what everyone else is doing”. Our training programs utilize the use of odd objects and other “unconventional” types of things to create highly effective results.
Our programs are unlike any other boot camp, fitness club, or gym in Omaha and can provide the RESULTS to prove it!
4) Build Athleticism - This is an important principle in our training philosophy and system in that we believe ALL people are athletes. We believe everyone to be a “Human Athlete”.
You need to be able to move freely and without pain. Training like an athlete will help you develop flexibility, mobility, and coordination as well as strength, power, and conditioning.
The only way to achieve this is through athletically driven training.
You will NOT get this from running on a treadmill, elliptical, or pumping away on fitness machines. These tools will get you further away from being an athlete.
To train like an athlete you must move freely by running, jumping, hopping, skipping, and bounding. These are all things we incorporate into Omaha Forged Fit Camp’s training system to ensure you become the best “human athlete” you can be.
5) Mindset - This is one of the most important of the principles and one that most people but NO emphasis on.
First of all, we believe that you must have the correct mindset to achieve any of your goals. To do this, we have a strong Goal Success Coaching Program we do with each and every member in Omaha Forged Fit Camp.
To achieve high results, the mind must be set to succeed and not doubt or limit a person’s potentials.
Too many people have negative mindsets and low motivational levels. We make sure ALL of our members are held accountable for their goals, and pushed beyond what they thought possible. We do this through having a positive and motivating environment.
