There are different Programs that are offered at Forged Fit Camp!

Each program is unique in its own way but all share one thing in common –They Produce Results!

Here are the different options suited to fit different people’s needs.  Each option supplies a different level.

Option 1 – Forged Fit Camp – Group Training

This is our most common offered class.  It’s for people that are just starting to get back into their fitness habits or who are committed to a fitness lifestyle already and just want to challenge of a high energy group atmosphere.  Either way, any fitness level will be challenged in this program – beginner to advanced!

This program meets up to 3-4 days / week for 3 weeks per phase.  The 4th week is an active recovery week.    These are high intensity workouts that  utilize the use of bodyweight, bands, The TRX Suspension Training System, and kettlebells which last  about 45 mins.

The size of this class ranges from 10-30 people at once.

Session times include:

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday – 530am, 615am, 930am, and 630pm

Option 2 – The Forged Athlete

This is the top level training program reserved only for the most SERIOUS of trainees.  People must be invited into this program by showing their level of fitness and commitment to our program through our group training program before gaining entry.

This program caters to athletes ranging from middle school up to professional level in sports including but not limited to: wrestling, MMA, football, baseball, hockey, soccer, track, and basketball.  There is also military, fire, and law enforcement members in The Forged Athlete program that train specific to their job for survival.

This is a program that is specific to each individual’s goal.  The main focus of The Forged Athlete Program is for sport performance and enhancement.  The workouts utilize the use of Olympic weights, tires, bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, the TRX Suspension Training System, sleds, and other odd object lifting/ training.

This program meets 3 times / week for 4 weeks per phase.

By Appointment Only – Session Times are determined by participants.  We will cater to people’s schedules.
